Our Media Cymru team in 2024

Our Media Cymru team is well underway on their second year of providing design-led R&D support to projects operating within the Welsh media sector. In this video, Dr. Safia Suhaimi, Post-Doctoral Design Researcher, reflects on progress and achievements to date and looks ahead in our latest video.

Through a blend of in-context observations, semi-structured interviews, and innovative session activities, Dr. Suhaimi talks about how these methods have impacted the practice of creative practitioners and reflects on how we’ve improved our facilitation approaches.

She also shares our development of PDR & CO:RE, a thematic event series that was introduced to build a community of creatives among cohorts, and our future plans for collecting data to support more research outputs.
