Business Support Workshops

We use a design process to examine what models of design support would work best in your region. In a one day workshop with policy-makers, SMEs, designers and third sector organisations, our experts will explore the current state of play and develop a roadmap for new programmes. We will capture the insight and working closely with you, develop a programme that will build on your regional strengths and support local industry. We will then train your innovation and design experts in how to help companies move from a product-based business model to a service-based business model to be more competitive. We will also give you our evaluation model so you can capture the impact of the business support programme.
